Q: What kind of personalised gifts do you offer?
A: We offer a wide variety of personalised gifts, ranging from Personalised celebration glasses to mark those important life milestones, glass cans and cold cups for your summer parties to personalised jewellery boxes and stationery. We are always adding new ideas and gifts to make sure we have something unique and special for everyone.

Q: How do I place an order for a personalised gift?
A: Placing an order for a personalised gift is easy! Simply browse our website and select the item you wish to purchase. Follow the instructions to personalise the item with your desired text. Once you are happy with the design, add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.

Q: What is your turnaround time for personalised gift orders?
A: Our turnaround time for Making personalised gift orders is generally 3-5 business days. However, this may vary depending on the item and quantity ordered. Please check Delivery & Returns FAQ to find out postage prices and times. If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Q: Can I cancel or modify my personalised gift order?
A: Unfortunately, once your order has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. This is because each personalised gift is made to order and cannot be resold. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or packaging?
A: Unfortunately we don't offer gift wrapping at the present time but it is something we plan to add at a later date.

Q: What if I am not satisfied with my personalised gift?
A: We take pride in the quality of our personalised gifts and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your personalised gift, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Q: What if I would like a refund?
A:We do not offer refunds on correctly made personalised products as they have been custom made for you and cannot be resold.

For Non personalised items we would ask you to please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue for you. however we will issue a refund on a non personalised item if required, however the item would not be refunded until it has been received by us after you have returned it.

Q: What happens if my item is lost in the post?
A: All of our items sent within the UK are sent via 'Tracked 48' and will be tracked at all times.

In the unlikely event that the item does go missing while being tracked then in line with Royal Mail's policies, we would ask you to please wait 10 working days from when the item was due to be delivered to you and then contact us if the item has failed to arrive an we will do our best to resolve the issue for you

Delivery & returns

Q: What is the price of delivery?
A: our delivery prices are based on weight as we offer a variety of items that are all different shapes and sizes. The delivery charge will be calculated at check out for your convenience.

Q: How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A: Delivery times vary, our standard delivery is Tracked 48 but please allow 1 to 3 business days.

Unfortunately we are unable to take responsibility for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances out of our control, this includes but is not limited to: industrial action within the postal service, severe weather or acts of God. In circumstances such as these we will do our best to work with you to get your item to you.

Q: How do I track my order?
A: All our UK deliveries are sent via Tracked 48. If you would you like to track your order then please contact us and we will send you your tracking number

Q: How does International Shipping work?
A: All of our international orders up to and including 2kg in weight are currently sent via 'International standard'. Items over this weight are sent via 'Parcelforce international'

If you would like a tracked and/or signed for international service, then please contact us before placing your order.

A option to choose a tracked international service at checkout will be coming soon.

Q: Can I personalise anything and everything on your website?
A: Unfortunately No, not everything can be personalised, however all designs are drawn and made by me so they are unique and not available elsewhere

If you would like a product to be personalised that does not offer that option, please contact us before placing your order and we will see if we can help

Q:" I want to have 'mum's Gin' personalised on a booze ball is this ok as it's two words?"
A: Yes this is fine, as long as its no more than 10-12 characters (see each listing for personalisation details).

If you would like an item to be personalised in a way that is different or outside of what we offer, then please contact us before placing your order and we will see if we can help

Product Care

Q: Can i leave my personalised product in the sink to soak?
A: No this would lessen the life of your personalisation, please see products description for product care.

Q: Can i put my personalised product through the dishwaasher?
A: No this would lessen the life of your personalisation, please see products description for product care.

In general , any personalised product should be hand washed only and ideally with a soft cloth

Discounts & Bulk orders

Q: Im Planning my sister's Hen party, can i order a large quantity of 30 booze balls?
A: Certainly, as long there is that amount in stock you can order in bulk. Please note - Delivery times will be extended due to such a large order so please do contact us for an updated time frame.

Q: Is there a limit to how many items I can order and what sort of discount would be available to me?
A: There is no limit to the number of products you can order however we would ask the following :

Please contact us with as much time as possible before you need the items so that extra stock can be ordered (if required) and delivered to us in time to meet your needs. We would be happy to discuss with you the lead time on the order and other matters at this time

Q: How can I get a discount on my order?
A: There are several ways to receive discount codes including but not limited to :
